Our Story
Senove was founded in 2006 in Bilbao, northern Spain. In the beginning, our focus was exclusively on the Spanish market. With the rapid rise of smartphones, we opened a physical store in Bilbao and specialized in spare parts and accessories for emerging Chinese smartphone brands such as Jiayu, Blackview, Cubot, Meizu, Elephone, Ulefone, LeEco, Xiaomi, Huawei, and others. This specialization quickly positioned us as one of the leading sellers in this niche.
Growing demand pushed us to optimize and expand. Through consistent effort and the careful integration of supply and logistics networks, we soon took our products beyond Spain, reaching customers in more than 100 countries across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
Over time, many of these niche smartphone brands gradually lost market share, which led us to undergo a complete transformation. We shifted fully to online operations and redirected our focus to laptop spare parts and accessories—a sector in which we have since developed strong expertise.
To strengthen supplier coordination and streamline logistics, we relocated our headquarters to Hong Kong, leveraging the strategic advantages of the Asia-Pacific supply chain. At the same time, we opened an office in Alicante, Spain, to stay closely connected to our European customers. We also streamlined our international operations, concentrating on a smaller number of countries in order to provide faster, more reliable shipping.
